Licensed welding contractor performing welding work and metal fabrication for private homes, vacation properties, and small farms in San Diego and surrounding areas. I fabricate at my own welding shop and install at the client's location—with vehicle delivery of finished structures.
1) Fabrication and installation of metal gates (swing or sliding) from structural tubing;
2) Fences and sectional barriers with corrugated metal panels, welded on metal frames;
3) Carports and awnings over entryways, parking areas, or home entrances;
4) Stairs, handrails, balcony railings from metal;
5) Minor metal structure repairs—welding cracks, reinforcing joints, replacing hinges.
For metal cutting, I use angle grinders with cutoff wheels. For welding, I use MIG welders with shielding gas, producing smooth, strong welds without porosity. Before painting, I clean welds of slag, apply primer, and paint with metal paint in two coats to prevent rust from rain and snow.
Free measurements and consultations on structure type on-site. Fabrication takes from a few days to two weeks depending on order complexity. I install finished products personally with level alignment and secure base attachment. All welds and installed structures carry a 1-year warranty.
