About Section

The "Sports" section is a catalog of exercises and workout routines with the ability to create custom ones, as well as a tool to select from pre-made workouts. It is powered by an exercise database with detailed parameters: activity type, difficulty, intensity, target muscle groups and body areas, required equipment, and contraindications. You can attach infographics and a YouTube video link to each exercise or workout routine.

The system takes into account your age, fitness level, and physical capabilities (flexibility, strength, balance, coordination, joint and spinal mobility) — you only need to set them once in your profile settings. Based on this data, the section helps you quickly find suitable exercises and build workout routines for specific goals and days, without having to figure out every time what works for you and what might be unsafe.

You can create custom exercises and workout routines and make them publicly accessible to all users — this is convenient both for personal use and for trainers sharing programs with clients.

How to Select Exercises & Create Custom Workouts

A workout routine is a set of exercises saved for a specific goal. The same person can keep several routines at once: for morning, recovery, work warm-ups, or gym workouts — and switch between them in a single click. Below are typical scenarios with pre-selected search filters: use them as a ready-to-go starting point or create custom routines tailored to your needs.

Search and personal physical data

Why search is needed

Search allows you to find exercises not only by name, but also by parameters: activity type (yoga, strength, stretching, cardio, etc.), goal, difficulty and intensity, target muscle groups and body areas, required equipment, and workout location (at home, in the gym, outdoors). Exercises from the search results can be added to the current routine with a single click.

  • Filter by goal: weight loss, muscle gain, rehabilitation, stress relief, etc.
  • Filter by difficulty and intensity - from "very light" to "very high"
  • Filter by contraindications and problem areas - dangerous options are hidden
  • Quick scenarios (see the section above) as a ready-to-go entry point for search

Why set personal data

The "Personal Physical Data Settings" section (available via the button above and from the profile settings) is a one-time questionnaire, after which exercise selection becomes personalized rather than generic.

  • Age group, fitness level, and desired workout intensity
  • Physical indicators 0-100: flexibility, strength, balance, coordination, joint and spinal mobility, endurance
  • Workout goals and preferred activity categories
  • Contraindications and problem body areas - automatically excluded from search results
